James was an absolute angel for his session – he is so lucky to have two amazing older siblings who both love him so much. James even gave us some smiles while posing with big bro! The session took place on a beautiful warm Fall day, so his mom and I snuck outside for a few minutes to photograph she and James together. I just love the images we created of them along one of my favourite paths 🙂

What fun we had at the beach on this warm Summer evening ♥ It always amazes me how quickly the light changes during the golden hour at the beach…the colours and tones differ from one moment to the next, and on this evening they were magical. Absolutely stunning shots!
It is hard to believe that another one of “my” beautiful newborns from last year turned one year old. Ryden and his beautiful family were an absolute joy to photograph. Even though the weather threatened to make us postpone the session (there was a flash hailstorm just before they arrived at our location….I had to run for cover! 😉 It all worked out and we were able to capture a variety of images (both in the beautiful lupin fields and back at my studio). I love the image comparison below of Ryden in my wagon as a newborn and now as a toddler…quite a lot of change in one year! Happy Birthday, sweet boy! You are loved beyond measure by so many. xoxo

I have loved watching this beautiful family grow over the years….I first met them during big brother Joseph’s newborn session, and then documented them when Joseph turned one, captured mama when she was pregnant with this adorable bub, and now during sweet Elijah’s newborn session. As a mom of two boys myself, I definitely have a soft spot for families with all boys 😉 At not quite two years old, Joseph was so gentle and loving with his baby brother – I am sure Elijah and Joseph will be great friends as they get older.
